Processing Time

Each Blind Date with a Book kit is individually selected, prepared, and packaged with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery options will be shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Carrier Delays

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may occur that are outside of The Midnight Bookmark's control. This may include weather, holidays, or carrier-related delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and any relevant photos. We'll do our best to help determine the appropriate next step.
