Return & Refund Policy

Because each Blind Date with a Book kit is specially selected and prepared based on your chosen genre, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges because of book preference, including if you do not enjoy the selected title, author, storyline, or genre elements.

We do our best to select a fun surprise based on the genre you choose. Customers may also provide a Goodreads profile link in the cart to help us avoid books they have already read. While we will do our best to check this information, we cannot guarantee that duplicate books will always be avoided.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains a defective item, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging when applicable.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because orders may begin being prepared shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once preparation has begun.
